The center features a large gymnasium with courts for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, an elevated walking and running track, fitness and art rooms, flexible meeting spaces, and outdoor parking with beach wheelchair access. Overlooking Central Avenue, the building showcases a glossy, modern façade, and city officials say its attractive architecture was designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood.
