Anthony Polidoro - Chief Operations Officer
Anthony co-founded WWCG in 2014 and serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and supporting its strategic and operational goals. He began his career as a union carpenter at the age of 20 and brings more than 46 years of hands-on experience in the field. Having worked his way through the ranks of the trade, Anthony offers a practical, field-driven perspective that continues to shape the company’s performance, growth, and reputation within the commercial construction industry.
Jagger Green - Project Manager/Assistant Estimator
Jagger joined WWCG in January 2019 and serves as a Project Manager and Assistant Estimator. He earned a degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he was also a student-athlete (NCAA Football). His responsibilities include supporting project planning, cost estimating, and day-to-day project execution. Jagger’s experience and persistent hard work ethic has played a vital role in both the companies growth and success.
Ryan Sawyer - Assistant Project Manager/Safety Director
Ryan joined WWCG in April 2025 as an Assistant Project Manager and Safety Director, supporting the successful planning, execution, and safety of our projects. Ryan graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a degree in Business Management, where he also competed as a student-athlete (NCAA Baseball). His background in both academics and athletics has helped develop a strong foundation in accountability & teamwork.
Jagger Angelastro - Facilities Operator
Jagger joined WWCG in October 2025 as a Facilities Operator, supporting the maintenance and daily operations of our company facility. Prior to joining the team, he spent five years working as an automotive mechanic for Ford, where he developed strong technical and problem-solving skills. His hands-on experience and attention to detail contribute to the efficient and reliable operations of our business.
